Biography
Played for Millwall's reserve side in the London Combination in the 1935/36 and 1936/37 seasons.
He was 20 years old when he signed for Wrexham.
Harvey was fined 10s and costs for breaking glass on the highway in Mold. He admitted throwing a glass in the road after midnight on January 2nd 1938.
